Parent involvement is very important in the success of any school.  All parents are encouraged to become a part of our Parent Teacher Group (PTG).  The PTG is designed to enhance and assist with the activities of the school.

 

The PTG officers will be elected by the PTG members with the approval of the CCS board.  Term of office will be one year.  The PTG officers act under the authority of the school board.

Family involvement is vitally important in children’s education.  CCS offers several opportunities for family members to play an active role in school functions.

Volunteers

· Lunch Room Duty - 11 a.m.—12:30 p.m. daily to assist students during lunch and clean-up between rotations.  For more information or to sign-up please contact the school office.

Current Volunteer Needs

· Giant BonusCard—School designations for the A+ BonusBucks program must be renewed each year.  Designating a school for your Giant BonusCard is quick and easy.  Just go to www.giantfoods.com.  You will be asked to enter the first three digits of your last name, your BonusCard number, and the code number for your school.  Chesapeake Christian School’s code is 03677.  It’s that simple!
